Return Policy

You may return most unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your order. Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return postage.

Purchases made in November and December will have an extended return date. We will accept returns up to January 31 for holiday orders.

Items purchased with a price ending in $.99 cents, BOGO items, or items with a discount code of 30% or more will be given store credit only. Full refunds are not offered.

Online purchases can only be returned online. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks from the day you shipped your return package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days). We process return items once a week. Once we have issued your return, you will receive an email with all refund details.

We're happy to assist you with an exchange. The only way to start an exchange is by emailing us at with your order number. 

How to Get a Refund

Fill out the Returns Slip as completely as possible and include with your return package. You are responsible for return postage and you can use which ever shipping carrier you choose. As we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we recommend that you use a carrier with tracking and insurance.

Because shoes tend to get scuffed during transport, we require your shoes be individually wrapped (tissue paper, bubble wrap, etc) before returning them. Shoes can be shipped in poly mailer or box. Undamaged shoes not returned in this manner will have a deduction of 10%. Shoes damaged in return shipping will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item was damaged upon arrival or if you have any other issues, we are happy to assist you. Please email us directly at within 3 days of receiving your items and we can issue you a pre-paid label or replacement order. Please include the following in your email: your name, order number, damaged item, and photos of the damages.
