Return Policy

Exchanges & Store Credit

We are happy to announce FREE shipping both ways on all exchanges and store credit. Please email us to start the process. We will send you a pre-paid label to send back your unwanted item(s) and ship the replacements (if applicable) free of charge. In your email, please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Item you are returning
  • Item you would like (name, color, and size) or if you want store credit

Just FYI, store credit never expires!

You may return most items that are:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Free of fragrance, odor, and makeup
  • Received by us within 30 days of purchase

We use our best discretion and if items are not in expected condition, refunds/store credits will not be offered. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return postage.

These items will be given store credit only. Refunds are not offered:

  • Items on any BOGO sale
  • Items with a discount of 20% or more 

All items ending in .99 are a FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.

Online purchases can only be returned online. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. 

We're happy to assist you with an exchange. The only way to start an exchange is by emailing us at with your order number. 

How to Get a Refund

Fill out the Returns Slip as completely as possible and include with your return package. You are responsible for return postage and you can use any shipping carrier you choose. As we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we recommend that you use a carrier with tracking and insurance.

Because shoes tend to get scuffed during transport, we require your shoes be individually wrapped (tissue paper, bubble wrap, etc) before returning them. Shoes damaged in return shipping will not be accepted. Your return will be rejected and you'll be responsible for shipping back to you.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks from the day you shipped your return package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days). We process return items once a week. Once we have issued your return, you will receive an email with all refund details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item was damaged upon arrival or if you have any other issues, we are happy to assist you. Please email us directly at within 3 days of receiving your items and we can issue you a pre-paid label or replacement order. Please include the following in your email: your name, order number, damaged item, and detailed photos of the damages.

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments on full-price items within 3 days of purchase. Some sales are excluded including semi-annual, Warehouse Sale, Black Friday, Black Friday weekend, and Cyber Monday. Adjustments will be given in the form of store credit. Please contact us at
