When will I receive my order?

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days. There are certain cases when shipping is delayed (holidays, etc). We ship from our warehouse in Texas so depending on where you live, it typically takes 1-4 business days to get to you. You will get an email with tracking info once we have shipped your order.

Can I change an order after placing it?

What is Route Shipping Insurance?

Route is a trusted third-party company that insures your shipment against loss, theft, or damage in transit. The cost is $0.98 for all orders under $100 and just 1% for orders over $100.

I bought Route Insurance, when do I use it?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please email Route at support@routeapp.io. They will assist you from there. You can also start filing a claim by visiting www.route.com

Do you restock your items?

This is dependent on the item. The best way to be notified of restock is to sign up for an email notification. You can do that by clicking the black 'notify me' button.

Where are your items made?

On each item, we disclose where the item was made. We try our hardest to buy from USA-based companies as much as we can. When we do get our items from another country, we make sure the items were ethically made with fair wages and good working conditions.

How do I use a store credit?

You will enter your code at checkout in the same spot you would enter a coupon code.

When does my store credit expire?

Never! Your credit will never expire so feel free to use it when you're ready.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We offer price adjustments on full-price items within 3 days of purchase. Some sales are excluded including semi-annual, Black Friday, Black Friday weekend, and Cyber Monday. Adjustments will be given in the form of store credit.
